The Institute of Architects of Brazil - São Paulo Department (IABsp) has issued an educational call for the 13th International Architecture Biennial of São Paulo. The initiative seeks proposals for the Tramas e Costuras [Weaves and Stitches] program, which will be held in São Paulo from May 21 to July 10, 2022.
The 13th Biennial’s Educational axis aims to highlight not only the event’s exhibition format but, more importantly, the collective actions involved throughout the process, fostering agency, autonomy, and leadership within territories in response to their specific needs and narratives. This axis is structured around workshops that encourage active public participation, mediation activities within the exhibitions, and partnerships with universities and schools, thereby facilitating institutional exchange and showcasing pedagogical practices.
