The house was placed horizontally along the site, with the living areas having direct views to the seaside. Coming from the road you enter an open courtyard that leads to the living area. The bedrooms are located on the first floor, and are composed of a wooden outer shell with a slopped roof.

Materials divide the three levels of this residence. Fair face concrete basement, white paint on ground level and wood panels on the first floor. On the left, the separate square volume consists of a private office area with a roof garden on the top.
