Detached residence on an ample garden lot. Two independent retreats with seperate entrances, master-bedrooms, baths and studies are linked by the joint, fully glazed garden level with dining and living areas.

The building is an analogue of the existing residence of the clients on the same property, with a layout transformed to future needs. The two retreats are shaped like individual buildings formally based on the the same grammar but with different dialects meeting the lifestyle of their inhabitants.
