Text description provided by the architects. This house is a low budget constructed building, built within a popular residential area. The central open stair case acts as a single modular unit, which unites all the compact internal and external spaces.

The stair case provides access to eight separate floor levels. Each floor section comprises of different levels creating a unique, comfortable living space.

Section

The neighbouring property on the south side is at close proximity and is over looked by small ventilation windows; the east side terrace and the north side roof terrace are designed to spread maximum natural light, producing an air of tranquility and calm atmosphere.
