floor plan

The building is composed of two entities:

- In the South, a linear element in touch with the street that creats the link with the architectural identity of city center (Clay siding and window vertically) as prescribed in the specifications of the architectural Zac.

- In the North, a plot freeing the surface on the ground necessary for the extension of the vegetation of the park to the front of the linear element, conferring the housing the the sensation to live within this green space. White Monolith tends to resume that of the big houses of bank of the Seine to anchor in the river landscape.

The plot of land being included in an easily flooded zone, the first level is uninhabitable Thus it shelters the hall and the car parks. It forms the base housing and its facades in stitch of steel establish(constitute) a support of vegetation in the continuity of the park.

All the housing is arranged with stays angle to create diagonal views towards the Seine through the park and alleys.

The totality of houses are completely handicapables and contain any terraces and storerooms.

70% of the bathrooms are lit and ventilated naturally as well as the total of the common surface.

Nice flat plans and big balconys. A little bit too modest, but nice and elegant.
