The snark’s project is an office building for an audiovisual productions firm. Snark needed 2 levels and wanted to occupy the ground level. The other level could be for another firm.

The architects proposed that Snark will occupy the first floor, with a ‘virtual’ window, with an interesting view and a lighted open-space.

A protected entrance on the ground floor, for persons, vehicles and deliveries (snark uses cameras and other microphones), and a green terrace on the 1st floor.

These green terrace is in relation with a flexible room, occupied by a kitchen, a dining room, a meeting room and a table football.

These misaligned volumes create a central circulation, that facilitates the 1st floor distribution.

The 1st floor is also occupied with 4 studios (sounds & images), a recording studio and different technical rooms.

Concrete work: the floors, roofs and walls are concrete works. The walls are just painted, indoor.

Trespa: the facades are covered by golden Trespa panels. They accentuate the simplicity. The Trespa was used for some pieces of furniture, inside.

Metallic Trespa panels allow different images from the outside, during a day, a week, the seasons… the point of view.
