Arcaid Images, in conjunction with The Architectural Review and World Architecture Festival, just announced the 2012 Arcaid Images Architectural Photography Award Winners in the categories of exterior, interior, sense of place, and buildings in use. Images and the winners of each category can be viewed after the break.

Category: Exterior – Images should be of the exterior of a building communicating the nature of that building. Category Winner: Fernando Guerra Building: House for Elderly People, Portugal by Francisco Aires Mateus

Category: Interior – Images should be of a building interior effectively communicating the space. Category Winner: Hufton + Crow Building: MAXXI Gallery, Italy
