what is the fountain that features in this video?
It is the “Neptunbrunnen” in front of City Hall “Rotes Rathaus”, west of the Television Tower.
It is interesting how unappealing and unphotogenic the old western sector has become. All of this, virtually, is in the old east Berlin. This is the greatest specimen of a city. It is a pleasure to study and understand. I have lived there for months at a time in 1991 and 2009.
