From the architect. The large lobby invents an atmosphere of inner luminosity that will always remain linked to the public good in Boticas. The public service desk uses the exterior garden as background.

The slow ramp ends in the noble hall. The president's office leans into the political balcony, above the town square. The councilmen room can be transparent from the emptiness of the great hall.
