This house has been for sale for YEARS now… It is beautiful, but it’s a very difficult place to inhabitate. Plus, it has many design problems, and the price is incredibly high for a 180 m2 house. And please pay attention to the tags: this house wasn’t designed by Alvaro Siza Vieira, the famous architect. It was designed by his son, Alvaro Leite Siza, who is also an architect. There’s no use in mixing things up.

The architecture looks amazing but as architects we should ask the question no one wants to ask… does the house not work or instead not practical to live in??? Furthermore, why is, what’s considered to be, ‘accepted’ architecture sooooo expensive!!!!! I a little bogged down be all these modern homes being so out of touch with reality!
