Not that I in any way want to steal BIG’s thunder (Bjarke you’re awesome!), but is the lower half of this building not reminiscent of their new project on west 57th New York? Besides that little observation, this building has quite decadent internal spaces? Like a warm and fuzzy kinda decadent…

Elegant, clean, mixed with elements of whimsy and discovery. This is the first I’ve heard of this project and I look forward to learning more about it’s inspiration and genesis.
