The project consists of sales offices of a new housing development project of varyap in Ataşehir. The building is formed by three main parts which are management, foyer , sales offices and athe mock-up flats showroom as an extension to it. Foyer is situated between this three parts as a monovolumetric space and thanks to the bridge situated on its above is giving the chance to go out and see the construction site.


The evaluation of the rain water , mini power plant generated by a wind mill, direct sun effect to the indoor plant to generate oxygene for the performence of the AC system are the symbolic green building effects to show the client as the target idea of the Meridien Project.
