Stonetech is a Greek company specializing in the quarrying, processing, and trading of natural stones such as marble and other engineered surfaces.

Greek marble varieties from Stonetech were used throughout Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills, a 17-residence ultra-luxury development located on Santa Monica Boulevard in Beverly Hills, California, USA. Designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen, the project combines private residential amenities with a focus on precision in scale and materials.

Located on the historic Friars Club site, Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills comprises five levels of residences with interiors defined by a layered material palette. The architectural design incorporates marble as a central element, applied across kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and communal areas. The selection and detailing of finishes were coordinated to ensure consistency in tone, texture, and vein continuity across the project.

Stonetech supplied and fabricated Pentelikon White and Pentelikon Grey marbles in honed finishes for kitchen islands, countertops, and backsplashes, as well as Veria Green honed marble for breakfast kitchens. Bathrooms feature Ikarus, Aquarium, Nestos, Bianco Grande, and Nebbia Bianco marbles in honed or brushed finishes for vanities, cladding, and mosaics.

Volakas marble was used for fireplace surrounds, complemented by Emperador Dark and Grey Rock in furniture details and built-ins. Ash Grey honed marble was applied to foyer flooring and thresholds, Silver Sky to vertical surfaces and fireplace walls, and Nebbia honed tiles to lobby flooring and communal corridors.

The result is a richly layered environment in which stone is central to the architectural logic. Each residence benefits from a disciplined material strategy that reinforces scale, texture, and place, achieving the Rosewood vision of quiet, estate-level luxury in the heart of Beverly Hills.
