Indoor & Outdoor Furniture in Modern Dental Center | PLUST

The PLUST Collection project was established in 2007 as a euro3plast SpA design brand, a leading manufacturer of traditional pots entirely Made in Italy. Various products from PLUST were used in The Centro Dentistico Decorato (Decorated Dental Center) in Vittoria, Sicily.

Designed with a focus on architecture that carefully considers the anthropological, psychological, and behavioral needs of both medical staff and patients, ensuring maximum comfort in every space, the Centro Dentistico Decorato presents itself as an avant-garde, iconic building, ambitious to become in time a landmark for the town of Vittoria, Sicily. Designed by DFG Architetti Associati studio, the building is the result of a complex and delicate work of recovering a pre-existing building that was transformed into an avant-garde structure in which white presents itself as the main color, both for the architectural elements and for the selected Plust furnishings.

Every space in the clinic is designed with the needs and well-being of the clients in mind. The modern building welcomes patients through a raised terrace, where they can enjoy the view while sitting on the white Jetlag modular bench, designed by Cédric Ragot for Plust Collection. In the building, there are spaces for meetings and small conferences, while all areas are open to the public, there are additional spaces for relaxation, recreation, and waiting.

Green is a central element of the project, both as a presence within the rooms and to shape interior views. It is a conscious and measured choice to use large windows that maintain a constant relationship with natural light and the outdoor garden, so clients may enjoy an element of psycho-physical well-being and connection to the outside world.

Particularly striking is the terrace on the roof of the building. To welcome customers, beautiful olive trees stand at the entrance in white Mitu Pac pots of different diameters. To give patients a moment of relaxation, they have chosen the Gumball family of furnishings designed by Alberto Brogliato. The Gumball armchair, with its ergonomic and enveloping shape, is matched with the 2-seater sofa, with its soft and enveloping aesthetics combined, and table with HPLl top. Gumball’s family of Armchairs, sofas, and coffee tables were also chosen in white for chromatic coherence with the building.
