The TORINO R53 model from Karcher Design has a simple rectangular handle in matt nickel and was designed by Itamar Harari. The surface of its handle has a recess a few millimeters deep, which allows that many different inlays can be glued into TORINO R53, making it compatible with almost any modern architectural style.
With TORINO R53, Karcher Design offers a variety of inlays made of several materials: from real wood inlays, for example in light oak and fine ebony, to genuine leather or even carbon. The inlays made of laminate include the colors white, cream white, and black, each matt or glossy, and concrete with structure. Since the edges of TORINO R53 from Karcher Design recess are rounded towards the inside, similar to a picture frame, the choice of inlay is not tied to a precisely defined thickness of the material.
