Smart Film in Mediateka | SONTE

SONTE has been refining interiors with its smart film since 2014. SONTE Smart Film was used in Mediateka, a library located in Piotrków Trybunalski, Poland.

Mediateka faced a serious problem regarding UV radiation. The glazed structure of the building had an impact on visitors, but unfortunately, it did not protect the collections.

SONTE Smart Film brought a solution. Since it blocks 99% of UV and 80% of IR, by cutting off harmful radiation, the product protects both books and visitors. Now the staff can manage privacy in a modern way, collections are secure, and in the near future, projection films will be shown on the building’s back facade.
