Automated Parking System in Mixed-Use Building | MPSystem

Parking solutions from MPSystem were installed in a mixed residential and hotel project, situated in Phnom Penh. The building design itself faced the challenge of having a large-scale brief with a limited site size.

System Solutions

MPSystem delivered an ideal solution that provides the required amount of parking spaces and effective operation within a constrained area. The automated parking is situated in the basement levels directly beneath the lobby area. The five parking basements have a capacity for 81 vehicles and fit within 14 m of excavation.

The conditions of the site required parking for very large vehicles (full-size SUVs). MPSystem accommodated this need by installing the MetroTrans system. This delivery system is able to simultaneously move the lifting platform up and sideways, creating a fast parking experience even when using a single system. The entrance of the parking garage is equipped with a turning lift that readies the car into the exit position for driving convenience.
