BŌK Modern Façade Cladding provides attractive aesthetics and functionality to suit a variety of needs. Their system is suitable for rainscreens, parking garage screens and green screens. These panels can be directly mounted to edge of slab or other structure without the need for secondary supporting members. Panel systems are delivered to site fully fabricated and finished, ready for immediate installation.
Types
- BŌK Modern parking garage screens - can span floor to floor without any additional secondary steel framework and attach simply to Halfen or Unistrut embeds in the slab edge. Laser cut patterns can meet the 50% open garage natural ventilation rules and act as pedestrian fall protection, eliminating the need for secondary guardrails and reducing associated costs. They can also be formed in a louver type configuration or a multitude of oddly shaped and three-dimensional styles. In previous deployments, screens installed closest to an adjacent apartment complex are designed for a lower opacity to reduce the light from cars’ headlight beams while screens at the center of the parking lot have a higher opacity to help diffuse the light.
