Eureka’s Area luminaire is round and functional while providing designers with a wide range of sophisticated lighting solutions for dynamic spaces. Through combining high-quality lighting, aesthetic qualities, and acoustic technology, Area is an innovative lighting system which adapts to numerous applications. The wall surface fixture can be used to animate walls while highlighting textures and patterns.

Design Concept

Area’s round shape allows for uniform light distribution. Area’s new profile has been reduced to less than 4” making the wall mounted version ADA compliant. A built-in shadow line compensates for uneven wall or ceiling surfaces for a clean installation. The wall surface Area is ideal for versatile spaces, animating the walls of transitional spaces, or as a surface mounted focal point.

Acoustic Panels

Offered in two size and three mounting options, Area is also available with an optional sound absorbing panel made of recycled high-density polyester felt. When sound encounters the felt fibers, they move slightly and absorb a portion of the sound. This can help to increase the acoustic comfort of a space. The panels are offered in 30 colors.
