STACBOND® specializes in manufacturing aluminum composite panels and developing advanced façade systems, combining efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
STACBOND® presents STACBOND® A2, a non-combustible composite panel. The system consists of two aluminum sheets and a mineral core developed to achieve high fire classification standards. The panel provides high rigidity, surface flatness, impact resistance, durability, and low maintenance requirements
STACBOND® A2 achieves the following performance standards, supporting its use in high-rise and high-occupancy buildings:
- UNE EN 13501-1:2007 – A2-s1, d0
- NFPA 285 – PASS
- ASTM E84 – A CLASS
Panel Construction & Composition
The STACBOND® Composite Panel consists of two aluminium sheets and an inner core of thermoplastic base and mineral charge. The system provides bending rigidity with reduced weight, surface flatness, durability, and low maintenance requirements.
It is designed for ventilated façades applications in new construction and renovation projects. The panel system can be integrated into diverse architectural typologies and contexts.
Its manufacturing standard consists of an outer sheet of aluminium alloy 5005 and an inner sheet of 3105. Three core options are available depending on mineral content (ranging from 0% to more than 90%), classified in accordance with UNE EN 13501-1:2007.
Finishes and Dimensions
The panel is available in a range of colors, gloss levels, textures, and natural finishes. Custom colors can be specified according to RAL, PANTONE, and NCS systems.
STACBOND® Composite Panels are manufactured in multiple standard dimensions up to 2000 mm in width. Additional dimensions may be available upon request.
