Raynor’s exclusive process fills 100% of the door’s interior space with proprietary energy-saving polyurethane NeuFoam™ insulation, to deliver exceptional R-values. This process also provides a superior foam density for excellent structural integrity. All Raynor ThermaSeal commercial doors are available with an IECC-compliant option. Raynor ThermaSeal doors are available in six models:

• ThermaSeal TM320 - With the benefits of the TM300, plus a heavy-duty 20-gauge exterior, the ThermaSeal TM320 is perfect for meeting job-specific requirements.

• ThermaSeal TM300 - The ultimate choice for thermal protection is the Raynor ThermaSeal TM300 commercial door with an R-value of 24.54. This 3" thick door model is the most energy-efficient door in the Raynor ThermaSeal line.
• ThermaSeal TM220 - ThermaSeal TM220 is the choice for durability and thermal efficiency in challenging environments. This 2" thick door has all the features and options you need for a wide range of applications with a heavy-duty, 20-gauge exterior and 18.3 R-value.
• ThermaSeal TM200C - The Raynor TM200C commercial sectional insulated steel door provides the same great quality and durability you get from all ThermaSeal models, with the added benefit of seven colors to choose from. This 2” thick door is a great option for energy efficiency with an R-value of 18.3.
• ThermaSeal TM200 - With an R-value of 18.3, this 2" thick door is a great option for energy efficiency in the ThermaSeal line. With all the standard features you expect from a Raynor ThermaSeal door, the TM200 is a great fit for a variety of applications demanding performance.
• ThermaSeal TM175 - With a 16.4 R-value, this benchmark door provides proven Raynor reliability and durability to meet or exceed the requirements of daily use. The TM175 door is offered with the widest selection of quality features and options for the most common product applications.
