Full Height Sunshades in Agnew K12 Campus | BŌK Modern

BŌK Modern specializes in designing and developing innovative architectural metal panel systems. The new Abrams Agnew K-12 Campus was equipped using BOK Modern's custom products, including their Wallscreen, Gate, and Custom Full Height Sunshade, to protect the building and provide continuous communication between interior and exterior spaces.

Designed by LPA Design Studios, the Abrams Agnew K-12 Campus — elementary, middle, and high schools — is located on the historic 55-acre Agnews Development site. The design features flexible indoor and outdoor learning spaces centered on the S.M.A.R.T — sustainability, mindfulness, adaptability, relevancy, and transformation — principles.

The design forms a separate yet individual connection and progression between each school, featuring a natural landscape and a distinctive exterior, including BŌK’s wall screen and custom full-height sunshade in pattern A14. BOK Modern's products, provided flexibility to the project, enhancing the project's learning environment.

Sunshades: BŌK Modern Sunshades are available in four distinct designs: Bracketed Sunshades, Full Height Bracketed Sunshades, Bracketless Sunshades, and Trellis Structures.

• Bracketed Sunshades - provide sun-shading or rain protection by either a perforated or solid-panel style. These sunshades can be configured for one, two, three, or four sides of the window. They can also be shaped into various tapered forms.

Wallscreen: Enfold Façade’s Wallscreen systems offer versatile applications for building exteriors, parking garage screens, and green screens. These panels can be directly affixed to the edge of a slab or other structure, eliminating the necessity for secondary supporting members. Delivered fully fabricated and finished to the site, these panel systems are ready for immediate installation. Maintaining the precision laser cutting characteristic of the entire BŌK Modern product line, the Wallscreens are customizable in a diverse range of patterns and shapes.

Gate & Mechanical Screen: BŌK Modern's non-welded and sturdy gates are available to serve as Utility Gates as well as Standard and Custom Gates. After fabrication is complete, all of BŌK Modern's gate options are ready to be mounted. You can easily mount the gates with your own hardware or you can choose from BŌK's selection. The gates can be constructed of solid metal or laser cut in the pattern of the fencing they will be installed with for aesthetic continuity throughout the entire project. Available patterns range between rectangular cutouts, and circular cutouts of varying sizes, to woven patterns.
