More about this product

JUNG is a manufacturer of electrotechnical building system technology that bridges the gap between future-proof building technology and aesthetic design. The products are made in Germany with a focus on sustainable development and production processes, precise processing and product quality.

The rocker switch replaced the rotary switch in the early 1920s. Popular not only for its functionality but also because the easy to use switch has an aesthetic charm. Since 1912, JUNG has incorporated purist design and innovation, a tradition visible in the LS 1912.

Modularity

LS 1912 unites the straightforward operation of a classic rocker switch with modern technology. Over 200 modular inserts can be connected, for example:

  • Dim the light in the LB Management
  • Operate blinds using wireless in eNet SMART HOME
  • Activate the comprehensive scenes via a connection to a KNX system

Details

With LS 1912, the rocker switch, cover and circuit have been developed with a modular design so that no screws are visible when fixing in place. The light switches can be combined with any 1-gang to 5-gang frames from the LS range.

  • LS Plus
  • LS Zero

Light Switch Design

The light switch is a visible element of the electrical installation and connects it with the room. Heavy importance is therefore placed on both aesthetic and functional requirements. Behind an eye-catching surface are an array of mechanical parts making up the switch mechanism. Building standards call for testing of switches to 40,000 switching operations; JUNG, however, tests to 50,000 operations
