Timber Construction Board – OSB 3 TOP | EGGER

EGGER OSB 3 TOP is a structural wood-based panel developed for modern timber construction applications. The board combines dimensional accuracy, structural performance and building-physics properties in a single product solution. It is suitable for applications in timber-frame construction, prefabricated buildings, renovations and extensions.

The optimised tongue-and-groove profile supports accurate installation, while the high dimensional stability and squareness contribute to efficient processing on site.

With an air permeability of less than 0.2 m³/m²h, OSB 3 TOP can be used as part of airtight building assemblies. The integrated vapour-retarding function may reduce the need for additional construction layers depending on the building design and project requirements.

The board is manufactured using a 100% formaldehyde-free bonding system. According to EGGER, the product complies with the formaldehyde emission limit value of 0.062 mg/m³ applicable within the EU from 6 August 2026.
