The City Nature Challenge is an international global citizen science event that brings together cities around the globe in a friendly competition to observe and identify the biodiversity in their communities. The 7th edition of Open House Madrid will take place from September 24 to 26. The international architecture festival offers guided tours of a hundred spaces in Madrid that are typically closed to the public. It is the premier open house event for Madrid's architecture.
The Campo Comum conference series presents Edições de Arquitectura (Architectural Publishing). Guests include Maria Shéhérazade Giudici, founder of the publishing platform Black Square and editor of AA Files—the Architectural Association's journal—and Spanish architect Moisés Puente, founder of Puente Editores and editor of 2G Magazine since 1998. Both will present their editorial projects, developed in collaboration with a vast constellation of authors, and offer a critical assessment of the discipline's contemporary output. The session will conclude with a conversation curated by Diana Menino and Felipe De Ferrari, during which the audience is invited to participate with questions. The conference will be held in English and exclusively via livestream (at 6:30 PM WEST).

In 2021, the Casa Brasileira (Brazilian House) is the theme guiding the initiatives of the Museu do Ipiranga in partnership with Wiki Movimento Brasil (WMB). The program includes Wikipedia editing marathons, which this year begin with meetings featuring researchers in the field. These experts will discuss their ongoing research at the Museum, followed by training and technical assistance on the platform. The second meeting in this series will take place on Friday, April 23, starting at 2:00 PM, under the theme "Decoration and Feminine and Masculine Identities."
The 6th International Festival of Urban Interventions (FIIU6) is celebrating its sixth edition virtually and free of charge. The theme, "Citizen Urbanism in Times of Crisis," is inspired by the way cities adapted to the context of the ongoing pandemic throughout 2020.

An independent international jury will review all entries and will select the winners of Tamayouz International Award. The purpose of this architectural design award is to recognise the excellence in architectural design and education worldwide and showcase excellent architectural examples to promote and provoke architectural debate to share architectural experience and knowledge among young architects and academics.
This panel discussion, organized by the Faculty of Architecture and Design at Universidad Finis Terrae, will feature Pola Mora, Head of Community and Partnerships at ArchDaily; Giulio Di Giuseppe, MSc in Architecture Heritage and Architecture (TU Delft) and Founding Partner of Forma Colectiva; and Pricilla Barahona, Vice President of the Centro Latinoamericano del Vitral Foundation (CLAV) and member of the Chilean Committee of the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS CHILE).
