Art Park Nikola-Lenivets (Russia, Kaluga region) announces an international competition for the best concept of an art object for Maslenitsa 2022. Artists, architects, designers, directors, programmers and all creative people are invited to participate. The winner's prize — 100,000 rubles (including taxes). The first issue of 2021 picks up where the first issue of 2020 left off, with both editions tied to the "Introduction to Design Knowledge" course at the National University of La Matanza.
Additionally, the issue features the winning entries from the digital photography competition organized by Revista Pliego, alongside the winning project for the "Public Space and Mobility in the Central Area of the City of Resistencia" competition, developed by faculty and students from the National University of La Matanza.

The fifth issue of Revista Pliego compiles the entire output from the second term of the architecture studios at the National University of La Matanza.
Additionally, the Pliego team had the opportunity to interview Juan José Méndez, Secretary of Transportation and Public Works for the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, who provided insights into the city's management during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the achievements and challenges that defined his tenure in the government office.
