Tecnológico de Monterrey and the Embassy of France present the symposium "The Future of Cities: Crossing Perspectives."

PENSARQ_ kicks off its 2022 programming with “RESONANCIAS” (Resonances) — music through space — a talk and sound performance led by Kenji Kishi, winner of the Ariel Award for sound design on the film “Los Lobos.”

Design Week is a biannual event hosted by the Department of Architecture and Design at the Universidad de la Costa (Barranquilla, Colombia), established in 2019. It serves as an exhibition and competition space where the results of emerging creative processes from the classroom are presented, bridging them with the realities of professional practice to showcase and share the achievements of the Department's academic programs with the university community.

"Ermitaños," a documentary about the residents of the iconic Edificio Ermita, will be screened as a special event at the Cineteca Nacional as part of the 2022 ENAC Film Showcase.

"Trébol y Carmesí" is an exhibition that combines photography and landscape design to present a visual diary. Rather than a homogeneous project, it evokes "wild weeds"—a conjunction of nature and urbanity where every moment appears as a "non-place." Building on this, an in-situ intervention was created with Carla Hernández (@dealerdeplantas) to inhabit the exhibition in an architectural and organic manner, drawing from the intersection of urbs-natura-civitas and the photographic work of Erick Conceka.

With this gathering, PENSARQ_ returns to public-facing events with no capacity limits. The talk will be led by Isaac Padilla, known as "Redman."

At Fábrica de Ciudad, we continue to seek new spaces to share, reflect on, discuss, and question architecture. Visiting FAB is a collaborative project with the UNAM Faculty of Architecture, through its Division of Continuing Education and Faculty Development, aimed at building architectural knowledge and dialogue through curiosity outside the classroom—where architecture actually happens: on-site.

The 35th FA Student Exhibition will take place at the Faculty of Architecture from May 23 to June 3. This event, held annually since 1982, is titled "From Here to There" this year. For the first time, it is being managed entirely by the student community, having been developed and conceptualized by a multidisciplinary team of 16 students under the coordination of student curator Iván Alejandro Montiel Ramos.

With the goal of reflecting on the relationship between the natural wealth of Bogotá's Eastern Hills and the city's dynamics, the call for entries for the International Ideas Competition: Public Use Alternatives is now open.

Aiming to create a space for debate, presentation, and reflection on academic research in architecture, UDEP will host the third edition of the Latin American Congress of Architectural Research (CLIA 2022) in August 2022.

The Pintuco – SCA Antioquia Scholarship is a program for architects and designers in Colombia and across Latin America who are interested in enhancing the spatial quality of residential spaces through interior design. The scholarship covers 100% of the tuition for the SCA-Antioquia interior architecture diploma program.
