A talk by Dr. Nikolaos Karydis, Programme Director for MSc Architectural Conservation at the Kent School of Architecture and Planning, part of the University of Kent.

The lecture investigates the design methods and practices utilised for the sympathetic incorporation of new buildings within heritage surroundings.

The venue is close to Folkestone Central station, served by the HS1 high speed train from London. The station car park offers cheap, all-day parking.
