Slawa Ukrajini

This is an Open call to all architects who lived or worked in the Ukraine.

For an exhibition in urban space at the Angel of Peace in Munich, Germany - next to the Consulate General of Russian Federation - we exhibit with a small public intervention at the architecture week with the topic urban:live. We would like to make this space available to Ukranian architects, so that they can show how beautiful Ukranian cities were before the Russian invasion.

We call on Ukranian architects or architects who lived and worked in Ukraine to send us the most beautiful urban spaces in Ukraine. We want to pay tribute to Ukranian urban spaces and show them to visitors of the Russian Consulate and passers-by.

Please send us two DIN A6 scans:
1. A freehand-sketch of the chosen urban space: This should be an architectural drawing such as floorplan, section, elevation, perspective or a combination. You are free to choose how you want to illustrate the place, but please as a freehand sketch.
2. A handwritten text in English in which you describe what made this urban space so special. What are the architectural qualities of that space? As headline please state the name of the space and the exact address.
Please use the postcard template that you can download from our homepage: www.oppositeoffice.com/slawaukrajini
You are free to choose the recipient of your postcard.
