Architects, not Architecture | VWT Japan Edition with Toyo Ito

After an amazing response to the first Virtual World Tour, during the peak of the pandemic in late 2020 early 2021, "AnA" has decided to continue the global digital approach to connect the architectural community on a personal level.

From October 13th until December 8th, 2021 AnA will be hosting five events for the first half of our new Virtual World Tour. This year they will visit Hong Kong, Brazil, Japan, The United States and Turkey, where they have invited two architects respectively to tell us about their biographies, anecdotes and events that have shaped their architectural positions and personalities.

The highlight event is this Japan Edition where we will have Pritzker-Prize laureate and world-renowned architect Toyo Ito as a speaker.

/// Program and Registration

The guests are invited to present their stories for 20 minutes followed by a 10 minute conversation with founder and host of Architects, not Architecture, Fermín Tribaldos. A roundtable discussion with both speakers and the host, as well as questions from the audience will close the event. All talks are accessible free of cost with a live-stream link provided to your e-
mail after registration on our website. Even if you miss the live event, an on-demand video will be made available for those who registered. Registration is open until further announcements under https://www.architectsnotarchitecture.com/events/. Viewers are able to register for individual events or multiple at the same time and can register their colleagues, friends and family simultaneously.

We are more then excited to have you on our Virtual World Tour Season 2!
