Talking Architecture Episode: City Futures After COVID-19

World Architecture Festival have launched Talking Architecture, a series of webinars in the lead-up to WAF in Lisbon on 2-4 December. The WAF team will be inviting contributors to discuss current issues of architectural concern, followed by interactive engagement with registered participants. All the webinars are free to attend and can be watched back on demand.

Assumptions about the way we plan, use and govern our cities have been turned upside down by Covid-19, its potential after-effects, and ‘Black Lives Matter’ global protests. This World Architecture Festival webinar will discuss the implications for architects of seeking improved social justice, spatial equity and responsive governance with our South African guest Heather Dodd, a Festival judge, speaker and former WAFX Award winner.
