Call for Papers! 005 Careness Issue

Kreatura.zine 005 CARENESS Open Call is out! The fifth, special edition of the issue will be dedicated to the upcoming SESAM 2020 workshop, which will take place between May and June in Slavutych, Ukraine. We wanted to contribute to their great work and as their theme is POLIKLINIKA - bring some discussion around the topic of careness. We are also surprised how much this (planned ahead!) topic aligned with the situation we are all facing now, but we hope that reflections and time which everyone gained due to these circumstances will give enough excuses to send us your work!
We accept both written and graphic essays! You have time until 20.04! For more information, you can contact us via email, Facebook or Instagram, or visit our website.

// About us
Kreatura.zine is not a typical zine, but a bottom-up initiative launched by the students and recent graduates from Cracow, PL, aiming to gather young creatives from around the world to give them space to speak out. The undertaken topics, often seen from extreme perspectives, are the opportunity to research and seek for the answers. We don’t demand immediate answers, established knowledge and personal manifestoes. Kreatura.zine is a platform for self-education, a place to make mistakes and gain skills that we didn’t possess at the university. It’s stepping out of our comfort zone to face the ideas and critique. We are nevertheless far from forming judgments; we present our current views, which may in the future change along with gaining knowledge. We are trying to go beyond the schemes and take up the topics that are not obvious or yet fully researched. We are open to collaborate with everyone who shares the same vision of development by making (and sometimes failing).
The project is supported by Stowarzyszenie Architektów Polskich Oddział Kraków.
