To mark its 30th anniversary, the studio is transforming the public space in front of its headquarters on Avenida Infante Santo into a free exhibition. Thirty large-format panels, designed to resemble giant bookmarks, present 30 projects that have defined the studio's journey back to the city.
To celebrate three decades of practice, Saraiva+Associados (S+A) has chosen the public realm as the stage to showcase its history, under the title *REFLEXO. 30 Anos, 30 Projetos* (REFLECTION: 30 Years, 30 Projects). Starting September 18, the exhibition literally takes to the street, occupying the space in front of 69 A-C Avenida Infante Santo—the studio’s headquarters—and transforming it into a meeting point between architecture and the city.
The exhibition’s central feature consists of 30 large-scale vertical panels designed to look like bookmarks. On the street, each panel serves a similar function: it interrupts the urban flow and anchors the evolution of both cities and the studio itself in the collective memory.
