What conceptual and technical issues shape an exhibition design project? Who are the stakeholders involved in the process? What are the most commonly used tools and work stages? Although rooted in the realm of architecture, the task of translating an artistic narrative into space has its own particularities.
The course is aimed at students and professionals interested in working on the development of exhibition projects, whether in architecture or related fields such as curatorship, visual communication, production, and lighting. Combining theory and practice, the course content will be delivered through a mix of lectures and design exercises based on real-world scenarios. Consequently, by the end of the process, participants will not only have enriched their repertoire on the subject but will also have collectively designed an exhibition, applying the topics covered throughout the sessions in real-time.
