The Irmãos da Terra group, composed of residents from rural communities in Southwest São Paulo and technical teams from Escola da Cidade and Cânions Paulistas, invites you to a series of lecture-meetings on rural living and methods that respect and value local culture, identity, nature, water, energy, and food. The sessions will present best practices and references to support participatory plans within the involved communities.
This activity is part of the Technical Assistance for Social Interest Housing (ATHIS) work, carried out through a funding partnership with CAU/SP (Council of Architecture and Urbanism) between Escola da Cidade and with the participation of the Cânions Paulistas association in the Tekoá Porã and Karugwá villages, the Jaó and Fazenda Silvério Quilombos, and the Agrovila III and VI settlements located in Barão de Antonina, Itaporanga, Itaberá, Itapeva, and Itararé.
