This year, the program enters its 10th edition, proposing an update to the historical and theoretical knowledge regarding collective housing, as well as the design practice related to this theme.
The objective of this *lato sensu* specialization is to provide continuing education for professionals and academics who develop projects and address the issue of Social Interest Housing in urban territories. The program aims to systematize and analyze the problems faced in professional practice, evaluate adopted procedures, and, through design exercises in the Project Atelier phases, study paths for potential transformations and improvements in the current landscape.
