The Escola da Cidade – Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism is now accepting applications for four lato sensu postgraduate programs.
Developed since 2009, the program is centered on the theme "American Civilization – A Perspective Through Architecture" and is structured into the following specializations: 'Architecture, Education, and Society,' 'Geography, City, and Architecture,' 'Housing and the City,' and a new course launching in 2018, "Mobility: Its Logics and Scales."
ARCHITECTURE, EDUCATION, AND SOCIETY
Now in its third edition, this lato sensu specialization offers a broad reflection on education in architecture and urbanism. Through seminars and lectures with renowned professionals, it fosters discussions on the significance of architecture in society and the training of young professionals today, based on a reflection on the role of educational institutions.
