What is Archathon Rio de Janeiro 2018?
ARCHATHON is the largest Arch&Design specification workshop in the Americas, featuring online preparatory content and a two-day event in RIO DE JANEIRO. Participation is open to architects, interior designers, or product designers who have graduated within the last five years. At Archathon, participants are challenged to design a space in under 24 hours using products from our sponsors. It is a true immersive experience, combining educational content, networking, and professional practice. The winners of the workshop—those who design the best space—will win a trip to MIAMI during MIAMI ART BASEL (in December), plus the opportunity to design a space for CASACOR/Rio 2018.
When will it take place?
August 9 and 10, 2019, at IED/Rio.
