The Faculty of Architecture and Design at Universidad Finis Terrae, in conjunction with the Master’s in Contemporary Project, invites you to the presentation of "Critical State: On Contemporary Architectural Criticism in Chile," a publication by architect and PhD Fabián Barros Di Giammarino, Director of Research and the FAD Advanced Research Laboratory.
In this essay—published by Ediciones Universidad Finis Terrae—the author addresses various questions regarding the state of architectural criticism in the country through a system of analysis, graphic conceptualization, and interpretation of critical production over the last three decades.
The book will be presented by architects Gonzalo Carrasco and Soledad Larraín, along with FAD Dean Felipe Assadi, on Thursday, June 29, at 12:00 p.m. in the C101 auditorium at Universidad Finis Terrae (Pedro de Valdivia 1509, Providencia). Copies of the publication will be available for purchase.
