The "Contemporary Housing Workshop" will take place on Thursday, December 15, at the Universidad del Bío-Bío's Concepción Campus. The event will be led by Dr. Bernardo Martín (Universidad de la República, Uruguay) and Dr. Jessica Fuentealba (Universidad del Bío-Bío).
This workshop aims to explore design methods for contemporary housing, using Japanese timber models as a basis for reinterpretation within Latin American contexts. The program includes an opening lecture and group practical work, followed by a closing session, running from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a light lunch.
