Basic
This basic course introduces students to the user interface, providing an understanding of the natural workflow within the Autodesk Revit platform. The course begins with an introduction to the fundamental concepts of BIM (Building Information Modeling), allowing participants to distinguish between the methodology and the tool itself, thereby avoiding the common misconception that they are one and the same. We start with the basics, such as managing work templates to ensure a solid foundation for learning, and subsequently move on to the addition, creation, and editing of basic architectural and structural elements through practical, dynamic exercises.
This workshop emphasizes the study of general information exchange tools (importing and exporting), 3D modeling, solar analysis, and digital visualization. We believe these are the essential tools required to gain a comprehensive understanding of the software and to undertake new architectural projects using Autodesk Revit, ultimately enabling you to materialize your ideas into a well-resolved 3D model.
