On February 9, 2023, AsBEA-SP (Brazilian Association of Architectural Offices – SP), with the support of various sector entities, invites architects, urban planners, public officials, and developers to discuss the center of São Paulo at the "Acontecendo o Centro" seminar, to be held at the Fecomercio auditorium in the state capital.
The full-day event will feature presentations across four panels and roundtable discussions covering topics such as: "Experiences of capitals with plans implemented with revitalization actions"; "AIU of the Central Sector: the new law, its rules, and the PIU Central proposals"; "Social and security issues linked to the occupation of public spaces in the Center"; and "Requalifica Centro: the law and its regulation."
