Design: Making Sense of Things - with Eduardo Borém

Tegra, a real estate developer under the Brookfield Group, is hosting Eduardo Borém at Casa Tegra. A graduate in industrial design from the University of Brasília and a partner at the firm Borém e Borém Design e Interiores, the designer is consistently involved in multidisciplinary and creative projects spanning decor, furniture, music, photography, writing, poetry, and the visual arts. At Casa Tegra, Borém will lead a discussion on the role of design in recontextualizing spaces and objects, explaining how to integrate technique, functionality, and aesthetics with emotion.

Located at 1009 Oscar Freire Street in São Paulo, Casa Tegra was created as a venue for discussing emerging trends in architecture, urbanism, technology, innovation, mobility, sustainability, art, and design. The space aims to engage with the city and serve as an additional entertainment option in the Jardins neighborhood. Beyond its programming, the venue features a café, a lounge area, free Wi-Fi, and is pet-friendly.
