CineCubo IAB: MOVE CINE ARCH

CineCubo is a film club hosted by the Institute of Architects of Brazil (IAB) designed to foster dialogue between audiovisual and architectural languages and to debate perspectives on the city.

This month, CineCubo presents MOVE CINE ARCH, an edition of the biennial Move Cine Arte 2018 festival dedicated to architecture. Move Cine Arte is an international film festival exclusively focused on art films and films about art. In alignment with the Venice Architecture Biennale, the 2018 MOVE selection is dedicated to films concerning architecture and urbanism.

The festival, which features 27 films from 15 countries, was curated by Andre Fratti Costa (Brazil) and Steve Bisson (Italy). An international jury awarded four films that were screened at the festival's opening in June at Palazzo Mora in Venice, amidst the excitement of the landmark Architecture Biennale taking place in the Italian city.
