
The BAQ 2020 cultural events provide a meeting space to foster full expression regarding architecture and the city, giving rise to various forms of artistic and cultural manifestations that complement the specialized tracks: Academic and Competition.
Since 2014, with the inception of the MIO project, the Pan-American Biennial of Architecture of Quito has sought to move beyond the specialized academic sphere and enrich the cultural scene, offering creators from diverse artistic disciplines the opportunity to engage with iconic examples of Quito’s architecture.
