The workshop explores the historical context and key artists behind these audiovisual techniques, examining the influence of video art and its direct relationship with light, image, and movement to foster new, unconventional narratives. Participants will gain hands-on, experimental experience with various live video and multi-screen techniques. You will learn about hypermedia creative applications used in theater, performance, installations, and music, with the goal of developing individual or collective projects on a large scale or specifically for the architecture of the Universidad Internacional SEK – Guápulo.
Digital media training will focus on Resolume Arena 5 software and the MIDI communication protocol. These tools will allow participants to explore multimedia resources in depth, providing a practical approach to video mapping and interactive art.
