Solo tendrás piedras is an exhibition developed by artist Alejandra Prieto in collaboration with architect Francisco Díaz. The project explores reflections on lithium, an element capable of regulating psychological imbalances such as bipolar disorder while simultaneously storing potential energy in the form of batteries.
The exhibition intersects a series of Alejandra’s works developed across various media with the multifocal perspectives proposed in the book Lithium: Estados de Agotamiento, edited by Francisco Díaz.
Solo tendrás piedras is a collaborative curatorial cycle by barco galería, the first independent, self-managed space dedicated to architecture.
