The College of Architects of Nuevo León presents the latest edition of the Nuevo León Architecture Biennial (BANL) for the 2024-2026 biennium. Held for the past 46 years, it is the first and longest-running architecture biennial in the country, continuing its legacy as a reference point at the regional and national levels, and as a curated selection for various international forums.
This year, the College of Architects of Nuevo León celebrates its 60th anniversary. As part of these commemorations, the XXIII BANL will serve as the central event, acting as a hub for meeting, reflection, discussion, critique, and proposals regarding our practice. The XXIII BANL is presented under the theme RADICAL, with the goal of establishing a field of reflection on the practice of architecture and the city, from its current state toward the future.
