ICONNO, an interior design and brand studio, pays tribute to the elements and accessories designed by architects that connect with their architectural works through the exhibition "Architects' Things: Design in Construction." The exhibition is on view starting today through April 30 at their space at Jorge Juan 38—a showroom for Poltrona Frau and SieMatic—in collaboration with Nerinea.
Curated by international trends researcher Marisa Santamaría, the exhibition features seven renowned Spanish architects. The select group is led by 2020 National Architecture Award winner Campo Baeza, who will present his TRIAEDRUS reading and drawing lamp for the first time as part of the Ferram "Architects on Design" project. The exhibition also includes the iconic CIRCA chair by Pritzker and Prince of Asturias laureate Rafael Moneo. Joining them are other renowned figures such as Carlos Lamela, Carme Pinós, Belén Moneo, Julio Touza, and Emilio Tuñón. As leaders in Spanish architecture whose projects have transcended borders, they will each showcase a representative piece designed throughout their careers.
