National and international real estate developers will present their exclusive launches, designed by renowned names in architecture and design, at the 1st ONE EXPO, taking place from June 15 to 18 in Porto Alegre, Brazil. The free event, conceived by Cristiano Cruz (CEO of ONE Imóveis de Luxo) in partnership with Breton, offers an immersive experience in the luxury real estate market. It includes a series of talks on the latest innovations and trends, showcasing the most modern and sophisticated offerings in the field.
The event will bring together brands such as St. Regis Brickell Miami The Residences; 2000 Ocean, ORA by Casa Tua, and The Standard—appearing in the country for the first time—as well as Nexo Residences, all based in Miami (USA). The W Gramado Residences, located in the Serra Gaúcha region, will also be officially unveiled during the exhibition. National developers participating include Durafa, Kopstein, Maiojama, Melnick, CFL, Wolens, Roque Chies, and Joal Teitelbaum. These brands will have their spaces furnished with design pieces by Breton, which is hosting the event in a 1,500-square-meter space designed to foster an atmosphere centered on architectural concepts, design, and real estate business. The luxury properties featured in the exhibition are designed by renowned architects such as Isay Weinfeld, Arthur Casas, Gui Mattos, João Armentano, and Estúdio Obra Prima.
